The information contained on this website, owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by BioTech Medical, as well as the design and layout of such website, contains elements protected by trade rights, copyright, or other laws, and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No text, logo, graphic, or image from this website may be copied, used, or retransmitted in any way without express written permission from BioTech Medical.

Warranty:

• 1 year full coverage on swivel bracket for models BTM-O2B-CST900E & BTM-O2B-CST900.
• 5-year coverage on fixture tower base finish (not covering customer use scratches, surface finish chipping, or drops) for all models.
• 10-year full coverage on all other parts (hardware, structural components & metal brackets) for all models.
• Fixture tower base plastic feet and railing end caps are covered only the first year from the original purchase date.

Refund/Cancellation:

• BioTech Medical honours a full refund on returned product when following return policy guidelines and when the product is not damaged nor used.
• Refunds or cancellations will be honoured following the respective refund/cancellation specifications as stated on this website. When refunds are reimbursed, they will be returned using the original payment method.
• All product and service shipping is to be within the US.
